On Saturday morning I went up 13 stories at the Westin Nova Scotian to repel down the back wall of the hotel. What I saw from that distance was absolutely surreal. The view of McNabs and Georges Islands with the sun bouncing off the harbour was like something out of a book. A really good book and one with lots of excellent pictures.

We’re hearing that almost $50,000 was raised for the CNIB to improve the lives of those with sight loss. The cause was everything this weekend as volunteers showed up in droves and the event completely went off without a hitch.

The tunes were great on the ground. The emcee Cailyn was on-point throughout. The repellers had a unbelievable experience and the staff and trainers up top were nothing short of perfect. If you haven’t gone Over The Edge before, 2023 is your year. The experience is second to none and the cause is substantial.
