Married At First Sight's Martha Kalifatidis has given fans an up close shot of her engagement ring - and it is stunning.

Martha and Michael Brunelli took to Instagram on Sunday night to announce their engagement, with the reality stars sharing the same snap with the simple caption, "Mrs B."

Michael stunned Martha with a unique emerald cut ring with a yellow gold band from Armans Fine Jewellery that featured the diamond placed horizontally instead of vertically.

Armans shared a close-up video of Martha's ring on Instagram, writing: "Looks like reality TV is real after all."

MAFS star Martha rejects partner Michael's 'ugly' ring choice

"Congratulations Martha [and] Michael on their engagement, [thank you] for choosing Armans to create your one of a kind dream ring."

Michael commented on the post, saying he's "forever grateful" for their assistance.

"Boys from the bottom of my heart, thank you! You brought my vision to life and you far exceeded every expectation I had. One day people will see the moment you showed me it for the first time with you shaking opening the box and my reaction. Forever grateful."

In another post of the ring, Martha commented: "I didn’t like engagement rings… until I saw this. I love it so much, thank you Arman (baba)."

"You nailed the brief," Michael added.

"Beautiful, something different," Martha's mum Mary added.

The pair met and fell in love on the 2018 series of MAFS with fans constantly asking over the years when they were going to make things official.

Michael has been jokingly posting about the pressure to propose to Martha, a question that often pops up when he does Q and A's on his Instagram account.

On Monday morning, Martha took to Instagram to share more snaps of herself, Michael and, of course, the ring.

"Sorry in advance for the spam, but we’re so excited," the reality star wrote.

Michael joked: "Not everyone pinch and zooming."

Abbie Chatfield described it as the "perfect ring", while Martha's Celebrity Apprentice co-star Camilla Franks wrote, "Loooooooooove the ring!!"

Fellow former MAFS star Mel Lucarelli wrote: "Too cute you two! So excited for you both!"

Michael then shared a video of Martha looking at her ring with her torch, writing: "I think she likes it...", with one user joking, "Checking if it's real?!"

Martha has previously opened up on Instagram about not really caring about marriage.

"I'm probably the worst person to ask this of, because I don't really care about marriage," she said last year.

"I don't think it's a big deal for me. If it happens, cute. But my relationship is amazing the way it is, what is a piece of paper going to do to change it?"

While she had a big wedding for MAFS, she doesn't necessarily want the same thing for her real wedding, suggesting she wants something smaller this time around.
